Savoy & Co.

Because our chocolates and pastries are perishable and handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not prepared as intended, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund once the concern has been evaluated.

Reporting an Issue

To assist with your request, we may ask for:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item(s), if applicable

  • Your order confirmation number

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items not properly stored after delivery

  • Delays or issues resulting from customer unavailability during the selected delivery window

  • Orders left unattended at the customer’s request

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Requests submitted outside the 48-hour notification period

Delivery Acceptance Responsibility

All Savoy & Co. products are hand delivered within Summerlin, Nevada, using insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to preserve freshness and quality.

We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the order during the selected delivery window. If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, or requests that an order be left unattended, Savoy & Co. cannot be responsible for product quality, temperature exposure, or condition after delivery. Orders left unattended are considered successfully delivered and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
