Shipping & Delivery Policy

Savoy & Co.

Savoy & Co. is a gourmet food company specializing in handcrafted chocolates and curated pastries. To ensure quality, freshness, and proper handling, we currently offer local hand delivery only.

Delivery Area

At this time, Savoy & Co. delivers exclusively within the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Orders placed outside of our delivery area cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made once per week on Thursdays. This schedule allows us to prepare each order fresh and coordinate careful handling from kitchen to door.

During checkout, customers select a preferred delivery time window. Delivery windows are subject to availability and may be limited to ensure service quality.

Delivery Method

All orders are delivered by hand using insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Orders travel directly from Savoy & Co. to the customer through a dedicated delivery partner, without intermediate stops or multiple delivery runs.

Delivery Fees

  • Complimentary delivery is provided on orders of $40 or more

  • Orders under $40 are subject to a $10 delivery fee

Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Acceptance

Because our products are perishable, we strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, or requests that an order be left unattended, Savoy & Co. cannot be responsible for product quality, temperature exposure, or condition after delivery. Orders left unattended are considered successfully delivered.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or access issues, the order may be returned or discarded at the customer’s expense. Additional delivery attempts are not guaranteed.

Order Preparation & Capacity

All chocolates are made to order, and pastries are prepared and handled to meet European-quality standards. Weekly delivery capacity is intentionally limited to maintain product quality and service standards.

Savoy & Co. reserves the right to adjust delivery availability or schedules as needed.
