Our products are made in small batches, and availability may vary based on ingredient sourcing, production schedules, and seasonal offerings.

Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in appearance, shape, color, and presentation may occur. These natural variations are part of the artisanal process and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Any changes will not affect the agreed pricing of previously accepted orders.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and delivery capacity.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been approved by Savoy & Co.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

If an order is canceled by Savoy & Co. before fulfillment, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated during checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.

If a material pricing or product information error is discovered before an order is fulfilled, we will contact the customer to discuss available options, including cancellation and a refund.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

Savoy & Co. currently offers local hand delivery within designated ZIP codes throughout Summerlin and select surrounding areas of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Our standard delivery day is Thursday, with delivery windows offered according to availability.

Customized delivery arrangements outside our standard service area may be available upon request and may involve additional fees.

All deliveries are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which provides additional information regarding delivery areas, scheduling, fees, acceptance, and delivery-related responsibilities.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and access instructions.

While we make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the selected delivery window, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Perishable Goods & Product Care

Savoy & Co. products are fresh, perishable, and sensitive to temperature and handling conditions.

Our chocolates are delivered using insulated, temperature-controlled packaging designed to help preserve their quality during transportation.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving, refrigerating, and properly storing their products following delivery, in accordance with the instructions provided.

Once an order has been delivered to the correct designated location and delivery has been documented, Savoy & Co. is not responsible for theft, loss, melting, temperature exposure, or product deterioration occurring after delivery due to unattended storage or improper handling, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers acknowledge that failure to follow recommended storage and handling instructions may affect product quality, texture, appearance, and shelf life.

6. Ingredients, Allergens & Nutritional Information

We strive to provide accurate ingredient, allergen, and nutritional information for our products.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information before purchasing or consuming our chocolates and confections.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and other ingredients, depending on the product and preparation environment.

Customers with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or ingredient concerns should contact Savoy & Co. before placing an order.

While we follow appropriate food-handling procedures, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly stated for a particular product.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or otherwise unsatisfactory, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.

Bon Velour™ and Bon Velour Crème™ are trademarks claimed by Savoy & Co.
